This amazing embellished jacket is the work of our resident "textile artist", Jeanne B. A longtime crafter of quilts, knitwork, weaving and more, Jeanne became interested in the upcycled clothing trend after already being a fan of recycling and being able to reuse clothing fabrics for weaving and knitting. "There's just something about fabric after it's been washed and washed again, it gets that soft, lived in feeling that can make a knitted shawl so soft and so comfortable"!
